Equipment Advice from the
Experts
I've
been a club-maker for over
25 years and one of the
most important issues I've
found with customers after
they have purchased Custom
built clubs from me is "not
taking care of them"
after a while. What I am
talking about is keeping
your club-heads and grips
"CLEAN". After
every match or practice
a player should clean them,
no big deal, just use an
old "toothbrush"
or hard bristled brush and
put warm water and soap,
(dishwasher soap is fine)
in an old coffee can or
"any" can. You'll
be surprised how much better
you will play with cleaner
grips and clubs. Only takes
a few minutes but preserves
your equipment for a "longer
lifetime".
